Le Cacouyard is a Reblochon-style cheese that is smooth and unusual. If you are nuts about cheese like we are, give our infamous Cacouyard a go. Its walnutty flavour and creamy texture will please any palate. It is matured for 3 weeks on spruce boards and rubbed every couple of days with salted water. Sweet and unctuous with a strong walnut aftertaste. The 'Cacouyeurs' is the name that used to be given to the cheese makers of the region.
