A prime Scottish sustainable salmon fillet cured and smoked by Chapel and Swan at their smokehouse in Exning. This delicious whole side cold smoked salmon is long sliced, ready to eat and vacuum packed with a board. Chapel and Swan's artisanial smoking process creates much less oily fillets compared to mass produced versions, ensuring the product has a delicious texture and smoky flavour throughout. Black Forest oak chips and blackened bricks used for smouldering, give the salmon its distinctive flavour. Lateral long sliced salmon sides means it is sliced lenthways to create long and thin pieces that are much more versatile. Cold smoked salmon is famously easy to serve on the menu, it is great as a starter or with scrambled eggs as part of a luxury breakfast offering. This sliced fillet is 454g and provides around 8 servings.
