This pasta sauce mix makes it really easy to recreate a delicious Tropea Onion sauce at home and also makes a great little gift.

Each packet of spices contains enough for approximately 4 pans of sauce!

Each gift pack contains a blend of Tropea onion and spices, a handy wooden spoon and an easy recipe to follow. When added to some olive oil and tomatoes (either tinned plum tomatoes such as San Marzano or tomato passata), they quickly turn into a delicious sauce to add to your favourite pasta.
