4 x Ruby Chocolate Ganche: A dark chocolate shell, coated with coconut sugar, conceals a ruby chocolate ganache centre. This subtly tart truffle with hints of berries is truly captivating.
4 x Rhubarb & Milk Chocolate: A chocolate shell dusted with lucuma powder covers a delicate rhubarb and milk chocolate ganache centre. An intensely moreish truffle with hints of caramel.

As a classically French trained chef, Ori worked in restaurants across London, dined many high-profile clients and has written his own book. His aim is for everyone to experience fine dining chocolates anytime, anywhere; he creates the taste, you create the moment. Ori meticulously developed these 6 flavours of chocolate truffles, considering the taste combinations and texture of each.
