Producer - Casarecci di Calabria for Vorrei
A note from Vorrei on their producer:
"Casarecci di Calabria is in southern Italy. We love both the taste of their superior quality products and their great packaging.
This family firm, established in 1998 is located in the Sila Mountains. Like many of our producers Casarecci di Calabria use old fashioned recipes to create old fashioned products, once the staples of any Southern Italian family and now sought after delicacies. Their entire range is produced without adding any preservatives or colours."

Delicious
Verified PurchaseRebecca 23/10/2019Tasted absolutely delicious — and smelt it too, when I was reheating it for lunch at work, everyone was asking whose lunch it was in the microwave. Would definitely buy again. My only quibble is I wish the recipe instructions were a bit clearer — I had to refer to the website’s product details for a little clarification. They each say something different, but luckily this isn’t a difficult dish to make.
