Prep & usage

1 pyramid per mug, bring to boil and infuse for 3-5 mins. Breatsfeeding mothers can enjoy 2-3 cups a day and for babies cool down to safe temperature (lower than 37C) and give 2-3 spoonfuls, 3-4 times a day, directly or added to bottle.
