The honeydew or forest honey is an aromatic, quite dark dessert honey. This is not a flower sourced type but is produced from the dew on the leaves of threes. Therefore the pollen content is insignificant. It has high content of minerals and it remains liquid for quite a long time. Mixed in yogurt or milk it adds an extremely fine flavour.
