We reckon this will do wonderfully in a some sort of delicious Collins cocktail, and it ought to make for an excellently lemony Martini, too...
Nose: Lemon cheesecake, cloudy lemonade, and a handful leafy green notes.
Palate: Immensely zesty (but not sour), loads of fresh lemon elements at every angle with a touch of creamy vanilla.
Finish: A touch of fizzy lemon sorbet remains.
Overall: Perfect for giving any cocktail a generous helping of zest!
