The nutty rich notes of the 85% cocoa Ecuadorian chocolate in this uplifting mix are complemented by a hint of chilli spice that gives a mouth tingle rather than a roar. It is also a nod to the Mayan and Aztec origins of chocolate that was consumed as a savoury spiced drink.

The label of the pack opens up with instructions for making your perfect cup of Calm Cocoa. It also comes with a special Mindful Hot Chocolate Meditation card for you to sip your hot chocolate as a self-guided meditation.
Although Calm Cocoa does not contain gluten or dairy, the contents are created in a kitchen which may contain traces of gluten, dairy, nuts sesame and eggs. The Calm Cocoa bag is made from biodegradable cellulose which is home compostable and the label is made from recycled card.
