The location of our wild plum trees is a closely guarded secret, hidden deep on the Isle of Wight is a lost orchard planted in Victorian times to serve a Manor House long since demolished. The trees, with their gnarled and twisted branches, produce a huge crop of wild plums, and is the sole source of our Tipsy Wight Wild Plum Vodka Liqueur. It is a lovely feeling knowing that an orchard planted over a hundred years ago has been brought back to life. Serve ice cold in our Tipsy Wight shot glasses, gorgeous with dark chocolate.
