The name Roots & Wings is inspired by the received wisdom: what is the best thing in life you can give your children? Roots for confidence and wings for aspiration. Eating and enjoying food together as a family is so important and providing good food is one way of showing how much a family is cherished, especially when that food has been grown and nurtured and made with care.

Our Story

We set up the company to provide great tasting food with clean ingredients lists that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Our products are hand crafted in small batches and many of our products are award winning, some have won double Great Taste Award Gold Stars. We don't use palm oil in any of our products.

In addition we donate 10% of our profits to charities that are concerned with the needs of children.
